We aim to offer students and parents the best possible provision and standards of service. However, we know that occasionally people may have concerns about some aspects of our work. It is hoped that all complaints and concerns are resolved as early and informally as possible.
If you have a concern or issue regarding your child we would ask you in the first instance to address either your child’s class teacher (Reception-Year 6) or tutor (Years 7-13). The first contact regarding formal complaints is the Principal and he will monitor and report to the governing body on an annual basis.
